The Italian Wine Experience Friday 14 May 2010 7.30 - 9.30pm
This is always our most popular Wine Experience so I make it extra special!
We will have a sparkling start to the evening with a great example of Prosecco followed by a superb Pinot Gricio from the best area in Northeast Italy. We will then taste fine whites and reds from the top producers in Italy including a "Super Venetian Red" made using techniques dating back to the 1600's. If you like big reds then you like Italian wines so we wll finish with a big Nero d'Avola blend from Sicily and we have some good cheese with this wine to appreciate that this grape cries out to be matched with food.
Italian winemakers always make their wines with food in mind so for this special evening we will have some Italian cheeses and hams to accompany the wines.

The Rosé Wine Experience Friday 18 June 2010 7.30 - 9.30pmCustomers have been asking for another tasting experience of rosé wines so I have managed to squeeze in a Rosé Wine Experience during summer.
We will start off with with a sparkling rosé to get your taste buds tuned up for whats to come. During the evening we will taste a selection of premium rosé wines from around the world.
Matching food with wine always creeps into my Wine Experiences and strawberrys immediately spring to mind as well as other nibbles to accompany the wines.
