The ideal gift for any wine lover. No previous knowledge required other than an interest in wine. This is an ideal course for everyone who enjoys wine and wants to learn more about the main grape varieties and wine in general. We will taste sparkling, whites, reds and dessert wines, touch on matching food and wine as well as how to recogise the components of wine such as acid and tannin. By the end of the course you will be able to discuss and select wines with confidence. The day is very informal and interactive so places are limited to 20 delegates per course to allow plenty of discussion and questions on the wines being tasted.
